The intensity of effort being focussed by a major proportion of the government reflects the problems evident within our communities.
In particular the failure to engage young people is blamed for the levels of vandalism, truancy, gang and gun crime, substance abuse, and teenage pregnancy.
The current youth programmes are failing to re-engage excluded young people. Ill prepared for adult life our young people lack social, vocational and employment skills.
But there is another way...

Built on the foundations of integrity, quality and equity, values and determination, OOO Consultancy is the wholly owned business arm of the Youth Charter. A Social Enterprise, all profit earned through OOO Consultancy is reinvested into programmes, projects and initiatives of the Youth Charter.
OOO Consultancy applies the ethics of sporting and artistic excellence through its projects and programmes to which young people can relate, namely discipline, fair play, teamwork and healthy competition. Wider social benefits are realised depending on each community's existing social wealth. The overall aim is to provide inclusive pathways to positive citizenship, rights, responsibilities, lifelong learning, vocational opportunities, capacity building and improved quality of life through their approach.

The Local Authority Social Inclusion Toolkit looks at how added value can be made to not only the resources received, but how a greater impact can be made in the provision and delivery of both participation and policy. This tool has been developed as a result of the Youth Charter's work with local authorities all over the country.

The Youth Charter is a UK based international registered charity and UN accredited non governmental organization. This shopping zone is not for profit. The reports, products and services identified in this section provide funding and resources for our ongoing work.
