As part of the social impact model developed in discussions with the Spirit of the Streets Tour of Los Angeles Group, the Central Council of Physical Recreation (CCPR) and the YCSCA succeeded in securing funds from the Moss Side Inner City Task Force and Hulme Regeneration fund to pump prime sports leadership training.
The CSLA course delivered by the Leisure Services Department of Manchester City Council successfully trained 12 CSLA graduates who completed their course in May 1996.
